It's All Mental - Think Before You Eat
When your alarm goes off in the morning at 5:45 for your everday workout do you hit snooze and pretend you'll get to it later? When your kids are eating your favorite pizza and you're eating grilled chicken and salad for the 3rd time this week; do you cheat and snag a bite? Let's be honest, we all do or at least think about it!
This week it's all been mental for me. I've really been focusing on thinking what's best for my body. I try to see my end goal in the back of my mind and think about what I'm trying to accomplish. Okay, so maybe I snagged a piece of pizza - and I felt ashamed! But, I'm over it and I'm gonna do better next time. Right? Isn't that what we tell our kids? Then we should beleive it!
Tomorrows another day and I will defeat my next battle - think before you eat!
